Power for the Kombi Camper is provided by this VW 2.1 Litre engine.  Performance is enhanced by twin Weber 44 IDA Carburetors fitted to dual branch inlet manifolds.  The cylinder heads are modified to provide better breathing, the exhaust gases are expelled via a specially constructed multi-branch tuned stainless exhaust system.  Power output is approximately 120 bhp, this together with lowered IRS suspension and an up-rated breaking system is sufficient to make driving in modern day traffic a comfortable experience.
